Adult Jiu-Jitsu
Our adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program focuses on practical self-defense, technical training, and live sparring to help students improve their skills and overall fitness. Classes are structured to support beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Training helps students develop strength, endurance, and mental toughness while learning effective grappling techniques in a supportive academy environment.

Beginner
New students are always welcome. Our instructors teach techniques step by step, making it easy for beginners to start training with confidence.
Kickboxing
Our Kickboxing program is a high-energy class focused on improving fitness, striking technique, conditioning, and practical self-defense.
Students learn the fundamentals of kickboxing, Muay Thai, and boxing while building speed, coordination, endurance, and overall fitness.

Women’s Class
Our Women’s Jiu-Jitsu class provides a supportive, women-only environment where students can build confidence, improve fitness, and learn practical self-defense skills.
Training in a women-only setting helps many students feel more comfortable learning, asking questions, and developing their skills at their own pace. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu focuses on leverage, technique, and control, allowing a smaller person to effectively defend themselves against a larger opponent while building confidence and awareness.
